As a culture, many Christians are often very uncomfortable talking about sex in their marriages (and families). In many households, sex is not talked about, and if it is, it is often in a negative light. For many Christians, this causes problems when they grow up and get married.
Spouses might feel shame, fear or other negative feelings about sexual intimacy, or don't communicate about sex together because of their upbringing. For many couples, they are taught sex is bad, and to refrain from it. Then the moment they get married, it is now ok. This is hard for a lot of Christian couples.
So how can Christian couples learn to communicate about sex more openly? How can couples realize sex is from God and to be enjoyed to the fullest extent together as a couple?
